Qatari Diar Administration Building

Qatari Diar Real Estate Company was established in 2005 by the Qatar Investment Authority, which is the sovereign wealth fund of the State of Qatar. The company is headquartered on the northeastern coast of Doha, which is the capital city of Qatar.

Qatari Diar was established with the aim of supporting the growth of Qatar's economy and coordinating the country's real estate development priorities. The company's flagship project, Lusail City, was launched in December 2005 and quickly gained widespread recognition for its innovative approach to real estate development.

Lusail City is a modern, self-contained city that is currently under construction and is the largest single development project to be undertaken in the State of Qatar. Despite being under construction, Lusail already serves as a symbol of Qatar's progress on a grand scale and reflects the vision and quality that Qatari Diar has become renowned for.
